In this year's Annual Election of officers, the membership will vote to fill three (3) three-year seats on the Board of Directors.

Any qualified member of this Credit Union may be nominated by petition.  The petition procedure is as follows:

 

1.  Obtain petition in the Credit Union office on or after October 15, 2019.
2.  Have petition signed by 270* or more Credit Union members (over the age of 16) in good standing.
3.  Return petition to the Credit Union by November 18, 2019.

To complete the nomination procedure, the petition, a resume with qualifications and experience, and an agreement to serve if elected must be submitted.  Each qualified nominee will receive a Volunteer Disclosure.

The Election, if necessary, will be held in the Credit Union office on Friday, January 24, 2020 from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

If there is only one nominee for each position, the election will not be conducted by ballot.  In this event, the election will be held at the Annual Meeting on February 27, 2020 and no nominations will be allowed from the floor.  

The results of the Election will be announced by the Chairman of the Board of Directors at the Annual Meeting on February 27, 2020.

Your vote counts!  One way to determine our Credit Union's policies and services is to vote for members of the Credit Union Board of Directors.  Your vote can elect people who represent your views.  Our Credit Union is different from other kinds of financial institutions in that it is a cooperative owned and governed by its members.  By casting your vote in the year's Annual Election, you can help strengthen that important difference.
