How To Enroll
Follow the directions below.
In the Online Banking Login area, select New User, you will then be directed to another screen
- Enter your Account Number (Member Number).
- Enter the Random Code. This is another level of security that we’ve added. You will be asked to enter a code each time you log in.
- Enter your PIN (The PIN provided to you at account opening). If you do not have a PIN number, please contact the credit union.
You will then be prompted to:
- Provide some basic information to further verify your identity.
- Provide your e-Mail Address.
- Create your Online Banking Password. Your password is different from your PIN and will be used each time you login.
*10 to 25 characters containing both letters and numbers; case sensitive
*Special characters are permitted with the exception of a space
*Cannot be your SSN, account number, user ID, e-mail address or any of your previous three passwords
- Create a Security Key that you will see every time you login in the future.
- Create a User ID. For your security your account number cannot be included in your User ID. Your User ID must include at least one letter.
- Agree to the Online Banking Agreement.
- Setup your Challenge Questions (a.k.a. multi-factor authentication/MFA questions) for security purposes.
Once you complete the above steps, you’re good to go. The next time you login, simply do so from the Mocse home page www.Mocse.org using the User ID and Password you created.
Mocse offers Bill Pay service to set-up all your payees in one convenient location. You can set-up recurring payments, receive e-bills and track all your bills. In order to use Bill Pay you must either enable third party cookies or list https://billpay.ezbills.com as a trusted site.
Mobile App & Text Banking
Our Mobile App is available for download using the App Store or Google Play.
Text Message Banking is available after you’ve enrolled in Internet Banking. Instructions are provided in the Internet Banking system under the “User Options” menu and then click on “Text Banking.” (1)
Our Mobile App offers Mobile Deposit on your iPhone, Android or Tablet. Simply click on the Deposit a Check Icon to make your deposit. The Mobile App also allows you access to account information, make transfers and pay bills.

These services are available in the Internet Banking System once you've enrolled and are located under the Online Services, e-Alerts and User Options tabs.
Important Information Regarding Tax Payments In Bill Pay
Discouraged Payments Are:
1. Tax Payments (Property tax, Income tax, etc.)
2. Court Ordered Payments
Due to processing issues beyond Mocse and the bill payment service providers control the above listed payments are not recommended to be scheduled and paid through bill pay. These payments are discouraged and are scheduled at your own risk. In no event shall Mocse or the bill pay service provider be liable for any claims or damages resulting from you scheduling these types of payments. The bill pay service provider shall have no obligation to research or resolve any claim resulting from any such payment. All research and resolution for any misapplied, misposted or misdirected payments will be your sole responsibility.
Prohibited Payments Are:
1. Payments to Billers outside of the United States or its territories
2. Payments to Internet gambling sites
