For Our System Upgrades

Important Information You Need to Know

Mocse Credit Union will be upgrading several of our technology systems over the weekend of October 12 - 14, 2019. As a result of these upgrades, we'd like to make you aware of some of the following changes.

  • Branch Hours: Will not be affected by the upgrades
     

  • Call Center Hours: Will be expanded October 15th to November 5th

    •      Monday thru Thursday: 8am - 5pm
           Fridays: 8am - 6pm
           Saturdays: 10am - 2pm

       

  • ATM, Credit & Debit Cards: ATM access and cards are not impacted and will work through our system upgrades

    Mocse Credit Card holders will receive a new Credit Card that will replace your existing credit card before the system upgrades. Continue to use your existing Credit Card through the weekend of our system upgrades. Begin using your new Credit Card on October 14th
     

  • Account Numbers: Your Primary Membership Account Number will be the oldest membership account number we have on file for you. Sub-accounts/suffix numbers will change as follows:
     

    • Primary Membership Savings Account: Your new account number will be your member account number with a (1) in front of the current account suffix.

      •      Old Savings Account: #123456-00

      •      New Savings Account: #123456100
         

    • Additional Savings, Money Market, Club and IRA Accounts: Your new account number will be your member account number with a (1) in front of the current account suffix.

      •      Old Savings Account: #123456-10

      •      New Savings Account: #123456110
         

    • Checking Account Numbers: Your new account number will be your current account or MICR number located at the bottom of your checks starting with 599

      •      Old Checking Account: #123456-75

      •      New Checking Account: #5991234567891
         

    • Loan Account Numbers: Your new loan account number will be the current member account number with a (2) in front of the loan suffix.

      •      Old Loan Account: #123456-10

      •      New Loan Account: #123456210
         

    • Home Equity Line of Credit Account Numbers: Your new loan account number will be the current MICR number which is located at the bottom of your Home Equity Line of Credit checks starting AFTER the 599.

      •      Old HELOC Account: #123456-81

      •      New HELOC Account: #1987654321
         

    • You will not need to make changes to your existing Direct Deposits, Checks, Automatic Payments or External Transfers with other financial institutions.
       

  • Online Banking: Our Online Banking system will be unavailable from October 11th at 4:00 pm until October 15th at 8:00 am.
     

    Online Banking users will be able to login on our website at www.Mocse.org or on our NEW Mobile App by using your current Online Banking Username and the last six digits of your social security number for the password. Follow the prompts to change your Password and complete the Security Questions to Login.
     

    • Whole Member View: Our new Online Banking system will give you the ability to see ALL your accounts in Online Banking and Mobile Banking with one username. You will have the ability to change your view and be able to nickname your account tiles from the Account Information link.
       

    • Bill Pay: No Bill Payments can be scheduled for payment between October 10th and October 14th. Bill Pay access will be discontinued on October 9th at 9 pm. All scheduled Bill Payments will resume on October 15th.
       

    • eBills: Please do not set up any new eBills. Currently scheduled eBills will be disabled on October 4th. You will need to set up your eBills in the new Bill Pay system after October 15th.
       

    • All existing Bill Pay payees, scheduled payments and recurring payments will migrate to the new Bill Pay system and be accessible on October 15th.
       

    • Mobile App: Our existing Mobile Banking Apps will be available until October 11th at 4 pm. New versions of our Mocse Mobile Apps will be available for download from the Apple Store & Google Play. The new Apps will NOT be available for use until October 15th at 8 am.
       

    • Account Alerts: You will need to create your account alerts in the new Online Banking system.
       

  • Statements: You will receive a mid-month statement in October covering the period from October 1st to October 11th. Your next statement will cover October 12th to the 31st and will have a new look.

    • New Look – Your new statements will be a combined statement and include all accounts held by the primary tax owner. They will include all your accounts and closed end loans with the account numbers.
       

    • Personal lines of Credit and Home Equity Lines of Credit will receive separate statements.
