Online Banking will have a fresh, new look!

On April 4, 2021, you’ll see a fresh, new look when you log in to Online Banking from your computer, lap top or tablet.  You’ll have access to the same great features you currently do.  

What to expect

  1. There are no changes to the login process.  You'll login using the same credentials you are currently using.

  2. A new “List” screen will show all your account information.  The previous “Tile” screen is no longer available.   

  3. All your account details will still be there including your history, nicknames, payee information and scheduled payments.

  4. A NEW Pay Button is available under Loans & Credit on the home screen.

  5. A wider screen profile allows you to clearly see all information.

  6. The Services box has moved to the upper right corner and now includes the link to view Online Statements.

  7. Mobile Banking remains unchanged at this time but stay tuned for future updates.

Bill Pay

Our Bill Pay service is easy to use and offers some new features like Quick Pay which allows you to pay all the bills you want with just one click.  For current Bill Pay users, all of your payees and recent payment history will automatically be available in the new system.  You'll be able to set up your Alerts and categorize your payees to help with organizing your payments.  We are also excited to announce that Zelle® is now available through Bill Pay.

  • Send Money to Friends and Family: All you need is their email address or cell phone number.

  • Same Day/Next Day Payments: Payments can often be received in as little as one business day, even that same afternoon if necessary. (Rush fees may apply)

  • Account to Account Transfers: Even accounts at other financial institutions. Your money is always available, regardless of where you keep it.

  • Reminders: Receive updates through email when you receive a bill, or when it's due.

  • Automatic Payments: Great for bills that stay the same each month, like your rent and your car loan.

  • Search Bill History: Search by company, date and status, the moment you need an answer, wherever you are.

Mobile Banking - Manage your money anytime, anywhere

Our Mobile App is available for download from the App Store or Google Play.  You will search for Mocse Credit Union and not Mocse Federal Credit Union.   

  • Instant Balance: When enabled, users can securely preview balances without logging in.

  • Touch/Fingerprint ID: Log in using your fingerprint instead of a password with Apple's Touch ID or Android's Fingerprint Authentication.

  • Account Balances: View your account balances in real-time.

  • Recent Transactions: View both recent and pending transactions.

  • Check Images: View images of the front and back of your checks.

  • Transfer Funds: Easily move money between your accounts.

  • External Transfers: Transfer money with other financial institutions.

  • Pay Bills: Add companies to send money to using Bill Capture
